As evaluators a big part of our job is facilitating the use of an ever expanding collection of data sources.  A role made even harder by our audiences’ shrinking attention spans.  So how do we get the most for our stakeholders out of the data we collect and analyze?  In this session, NCEN member and information designer Chris Lysy (freshspectrum.com / diydatadesign.com) will walk through key decision points and considerations you should make as you develop your own data to action strategy.

Subtopics will include data visualization, UX data design, data governance, reporting strategy, and cultivating data demand.
